Why protein, why now 为什么是蛋白质

After 60, our bodies lose muscle every year — the medical name is sarcopenia (肌少症). Muscle is what keeps us walking to the kopitiam, carrying groceries, and living independently. Protecting it takes two things: strength exercise and enough protein at every meal — and many favourite local dishes fall short without a small top-up.

六十岁之后,肌肉每年都在流失。保住肌肉需要两件事:力量训练,和每一餐足够的蛋白质。
